By Bus: Buy a ticket at Xiaguan Bus Station to Jianchuan. After arriving in Jianchuan, take a green minivan marked "Rural Transportation" to Shaxi Ancient Town. The fare is 13 yuan per person, payable upon disembarking. The entire journey takes approximately 50-60 minutes.

Chartered Car: The journey takes about 2.5 hours. The cost of chartering a car is around 280 yuan per day.

Dali → Tengchong

Tengchong is located on the western border of Yunnan, adjacent to Myanmar. It was once a crucial stop on the ancient southwestern Silk Road. By Bus: Direct buses are available from Dali City's bus stations. Both the Xingsheng Bus Station and Gucheng Bus Station offer services. There are approximately seven buses daily from 8:50 to 16:40, with a travel time of seven hours (for reference only). Ticket prices range from about 140 to 171 yuan.
